Alex and Kajsa run Al Sanpietrino Trattoria, a tiny Italian restaurant in Lisbon. They cook the dishes their families made, and they make them fully vegan. Keeping a tradition alive by changing it.
The film moves between Lisbon's backstreets and their kitchen. It's about food, but just as much about passion, tradition and what eating out could look like in the future.
This restaurant is also where my YouTube channel was born, when I started filming here a year earlier without any plan. We celebrate that in the film too.
